01.Welcome
Thanks for using PRBoard. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. We have tried to keep them readable. If anything is confusing, ask us at support@prboard.io.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

02.What PRBoard provides
PRBoard is a pull request board for engineering teams. You connect GitHub or GitLab, invite your team, and use the board, review panel, leaderboards, and reports.
Features evolve over time. We may add, change, or retire features. For paid plans, we will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on in a material way.
03.Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for any GitHub or GitLab access you connect.
Do not share accounts between people. Each teammate should have their own seat on paid plans.
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not harass others in comments, posts, or support channels.
- Do not use PRBoard for anything illegal or to violate someone else's rights.
04.Your code and content
You own your source code and your PR content. Always.
You give PRBoard permission to process PR metadata and diffs only as needed to run the product: display the board, sync status, and submit reviews back to your VCS when you ask us to.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to connect repos and invite teammates.
05.Slack integration
Slack is completely optional. You can use PRBoard with GitHub or GitLab alone for the board, reviews, routing, and reports.
If you connect Slack, a workspace admin installs our Slack app and chooses how notifications are delivered. You can change or turn off notification types in Settings at any time.
Slack workspace credentials and tokens are stored on PRBoard servers using encryption at rest (AES-256-GCM). We use them only to send the notifications and routing messages you enable.
A workspace admin may disconnect Slack anytime under Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting removes stored tokens and stops new Slack access. Details are in our Privacy Policy under Slack data retention and Slack data deletion.
By connecting Slack, you confirm you have authority to install apps for that Slack workspace and that your use complies with Slack's terms and your organization's policies.
06.Free and paid plans
Free workspaces cover small teams (as described on our pricing page). Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or yearly.
Prices and limits are shown at checkout and in Settings under Billing. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
We may change prices for new subscriptions with notice. Existing subscriptions usually keep their rate until renewal, unless we tell you otherwise.
07.Cancellations
You can cancel a paid plan anytime from Settings under Billing. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
When a subscription ends, your workspace may move to the free tier or become read-only, depending on seat count and features in use.
For refund details, see our Refund Policy, linked in the footer.
08.Availability and support
We work hard to keep PRBoard up, but we cannot promise 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (GitHub, GitLab, hosting) happen.
Support is best-effort by email. Response times vary; we prioritize paid workspaces when volume is high.
09.Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." PRBoard helps your team review faster. It does not replace your internal security, compliance, or release policies.
We do not guarantee that every sync with GitHub or GitLab will be instant or error-free. You should still verify critical merges on your VCS.
10.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRBoard and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you are on the free plan.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. In those cases, your statutory rights still apply.
11.Ending the relationship
You may stop using PRBoard and delete your workspace anytime.
We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously breach these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay after notice.
Sections that should survive (liability limits, your ownership of code, dispute rules) survive termination.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.
Disputes should first be raised with us at support@prboard.io. We prefer to solve problems directly.
