01.Our approach
We want you to be happy with PRBoard. If paid plans are not working for your team, we would rather help you fix the setup or cancel cleanly than argue over small print.
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly through PRBoard. If you bought through a reseller or marketplace, their rules may apply instead.

02.14-day satisfaction window
For your first paid subscription on a workspace, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. No lengthy questionnaire required.
Email support@prboard.io from your workspace admin email with your workspace name. We will process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
This window is meant for teams trying PRBoard for the first time. It does not apply to renewal charges (see below).
03.Renewals and mid-cycle changes
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You are paying for access through the end of the billing period you already started.
If you cancel, you keep access until that period ends. We do not charge you again, but we do not usually prorate unused days on annual plans unless required by law.
Adding seats mid-cycle is charged pro-rata for the remainder of the period. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.
04.When we make exceptions
We may issue a partial or full refund outside the 14-day window when:
- We charged you twice by mistake.
- A prolonged outage on our side prevented meaningful use of the product.
- You were charged after cancelling and we can verify it in billing logs.
- Local consumer law requires a refund (EU/UK cooling-off rules, etc.).
05.What we cannot refund
Refunds usually do not cover:
- Renewal charges after the 14-day first-purchase window (unless law says otherwise).
- Usage-based add-ons already consumed in the billing period.
- Third-party fees (payment processing, currency conversion).
- Accounts terminated for abuse or terms violations.
06.How to request a refund
Send an email to support@prboard.io with:
- Workspace name and admin email.
- Date and amount of the charge.
- A sentence on what went wrong. It helps us improve, not to guilt you.
07.Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may pause the workspace while the dispute is investigated. Please email us first. We respond quickly and most issues are faster to fix together.
